When my friend Kat posted her 21 Day Fix results on facebook, I was very impressed. She looked around my size and height so I knew that if should could get those results in only 21 days, I COULD! I only wanted to loose 15lbs. At least that is what I thought I wanted. Not until I took the leap of faith and bought my own program that I knew what I wanted. I wanted to feel and look good.
I wanted to stop feeling so tired all the time! I would space out at work, could not focus very well, and felt sluggish. I would be hungry all the time and never realized how bad it was until I started feeding my body properly. All of these went away when I decided to order the 21 Day Fix!
The 21 Day Fix with Autumn was so exciting and I could not wait to get it at my door. Before I got it I was walking, went grocery shopping, and told my husband to keep me accountable. And that is what he did.
When I got it, I was pumped! However, I did not know how to plan my meals and didn't know where to start. However, I had a chat with my coach Kat, and we brainstormed ideas. I looked to Pinterest and eventually figured out what I liked and what meals to create that worked with my schedule. Tip: Write down what you eat that way you can refer to it again when you are in a crunch and cannot think of meal ideas.
My results:
July 29,2014. I am so excited to share my #21dayfix journey! Today is the 21st day and I feel amazing! I am no longer tired all the time feeling like a Zombie. I feel GREAT in my clothes finally. I can focus better at work and now realize how unhealthy I was even though I wasn't super overweight. I lost 8 lbs! I lost 1 inch on my arms, 2 1/2 inches on my waist, 1 in on my hips and 2 on my thighs! Uh IM A ROCKSTAR! BOOM goes the dynamite!
- fit into clothes I have not fit in since last year
- love handles almost gone
- bloating went down
- felt great
- people at work noticed even before I said what I was doing
- went down from size 9 to 5/6 pants
- feel great about myself
- focused on the positive
- can smile at the mirror
- want to push myself hard to get better results
And this was JUST THE START! I have been doing Piyo by Challene Johnson for almost 8 weeks. That story will be saved for another day.
